School Reopen + Soccer Frenzy + Others

School has not been too bad. This year started off quite well...we have alot of good teachers this year...compared to last year. I'm starting to love maths again! YAY! I think my English is improving somewhat...and sadly, this is my last year in band. SYF YEAR! SYF in april! O.O
A very trying year indeed.

Been playing soccer after band these few days. Not too bad,my team hasn't lost so far all the games we played in...only wins and draws :P! Very fun as well...It sort of acts as a release of stress and yet at the same time bonds the band members together.

Rachel going back to kiwiland soon...Everyone is saded...but we wanna wish her good luck and best wishes...She will be back! :)

Edited a picture recently...Here it is -->

Band Camp (27-29th Dec)

On the 27th, after we came back from Chicago the day before, we had our Band Camp. The Camp was to bond us together. It was quite fun as we participated in games via various groups.

Game 1, Running as a group with hands held together. 3 groups placed on the track. They would then try to knock each other out by catching up with them and touching one of their members. Last team standing, wins! We had to shout left, right loudly throughout the whole thing. My team perservered and eventually, we won it! Whoo!

Game 2, Kavadee. A game where you try to touch one person from your opposing group and run back to base while they will try to catch and drag you back to their base. We played it under rain, feeling both drenched and cool at the same time...esp when the wind blew at us. Clinton being the expert at this game, was fundamental in winning the game for us. After that, we had a Sec4 Kavadee where my shirt was ripped a little, thus, having a little hole. My team won again! Later, we involved the other levels. The game lasted very long as there were alot of people. Our team won by a close margin of 2-1 persons, Leon being able to hold down Clinton.

The camp also included a BBQ at night and movie screening of Coach Carter. It was to teach the Band to be united as one, doing things together, etc...
Anyways, to sum it all up, it was a fun camp. period.

We tried playing soccer after the camp but we all too tired to run and eventually went home, exhausted.
