Touch Rugby
Trying out the cca Touch Rugby currently. Although the training can be intense, but pushing myself past my limits sounds very fun...and crazy...that is soon trancends to FUN. Running is a must as the game in actual fact is very fast paced. Thought of trying out canoeing too...
Learning how to pass it in different ways. "POP" pass...and the "SPIN" pass. Haven't quite gotten the spin pass...but the pop pass will do just fine for now. Think can get some fitness out of this short period...lol...
